Govind Ramagopal
Research Fellow
Govind is a Masters of International Affairs student at Columbia SIPA, specializing in International Security Policy, with a concentration in the Middle East region. He has had a longstanding interest in the history, culture, and politics of the Middle East, and is particularly intrigued by the role Iran has played for generations and is currently as well. Prior to enrolling at Columbia, he worked at a law firm as a paralegal, working on Labor and Commercial litigation cases. He has also worked as an intern in legislative offices at the Federal and State levels and volunteered on political campaigns.
