About AIC Internships
The American Iranian Council (AIC) is a longstanding non-profit and nonpartisan educational organization that promotes dialogue and understanding in the area of US-Iran relations through research, policy analysis, public education, and community mobilization. Our vision is that the United States and Iran work together to normalize relations, as we believe their common interests far outweigh their differences.
The AIC is pleased to offer remote internships on a rolling basis. We seek individuals of all backgrounds, skill-sets, and education levels (including current undergraduates), who are motivated self-starters passionate about our mission.
As a small organization, the AIC works directly with our interns to ensure that opportunities are appropriately tailored to the individual - both in terms of time commitment and job description - to ensure a satisfying and engaging experience working on meaningful projects. Although there is no financial compensation, AIC will assist in providing university credit and letters of recommendation.
Examples of available opportunities and projects are below. Please feel free to inquire about specific projects, or propose your own.
